Shipping & Returns

Shipping is included on select items. Please be sure to include your correct address including unit or apartment number if that applies. Losses due to an incorrectly listed address will not be compensated.

Request a return label by contacting us at contact@catwalkgeneration.com with your order number and informing of the reason for the return. Returns must be sent within 5 business days after receiving the order.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges from returns. Once item is received in an unworn, undamaged condition you have the option to reorder with the correct size or color to replace the original order. That request must be specified by communicating with us. Once we receive the goods, in their original condition, the refund will be credited or exchange item sent. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund.  Custom made items or custom printed items are not returnable or exchangeable, they are final sale therefore it is recommeded a sample is ordered before placing a sizeable order.
